President’s Update for 2026 Season

Dear Members,

As we enter the holiday season, we are excited to announce that registration for the 2026 Spring Season will open on Black Friday! To kick off the registration, we are offering a special discount of $25 for anyone who signs up between Black Friday 11/28 and Sunday 11/30 (11:59pm).

The registration fees will be as follows: $285 for your first child, with a $75 discount for any additional children registered (that’s a $75 discount for your second child and another $75 for the third child and so on). This is an increase of $25 dollars savings, per extra child this season. Last season, we implemented a work bond of $100 to help manage the costs of field maintenance, which we found to be a significant expense due to the ongoing needs such as lawn cutting, aeration, seeding, and other necessary materials. This season, we've reduced that requirement to a field and maintenance fee of only $75, this is a one time fee and will be paid at time of registration check out. This can not be worked off. Most other little leagues in our district are $200 Dollars for a work bond or $150 for a field and maintenance fee. Team Moms, Managers, Coaches and Board Members are exempt from this fee due to their already significant contributions of time and effort.

We are thrilled to report that our fields are in the best condition they have ever been, with the exception of Field 6, which continues to face drainage issues after rain. The board is actively exploring solutions to remedy this long-standing situation. Thanks to the funds from last season’s work bond, we were able to reopen Field 8 and install new outdoor batting cages for everyone to enjoy. With additional resources this season, we hope to establish a safe and functional indoor batting and pitching environment at the Frazier Indoor Building, this coming year!

For the upcoming season, we are also updating our division formats. Triple A will consist of 9- to 10-year-olds, while the Majors division will cater to 11- to 12-year-olds. The Majors division will have a redraft every season, similar to all other divisions in our league, ensuring competitive balance and an environment where skills are developed equitably among players. This also falls in line with every other league in our district does, and most little leagues nationally. We believe that by allowing children to play within their age group, we foster not just skill development but have them fairly assessed in their age group and division for additional Little League tournament play, that summer.

Our mission is straightforward: we aim to provide an instructional, fun, and competitive recreational experience. Encouraging skill progression is our ultimate goal, regardless of a child’s initial ability.

As we gear up for the 2026 Spring Season, we encourage you to stay tuned for further updates and information about registration. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected], or attend our general meetings, which are held every other month with the Board of Directors.

Thanks for your time.
Respectfully,
Tommy Noone
TRELL President
